Image dump. Thanks to those I took them from.

 New carbon belt drive.

The left wheel is like the Larry tire on my Pugsley.  The Right is the new Big Fat Larry.
Fatback Ti frame, New 45degree North brand/fat tires from QBP and new Eric from the old Epic designs now Revelate designed Salsa frame bag.

I don't know why I think this is so funny.

I now have a dog that will need hair cuts.

I bet those guys are sorry to be riding slower after drilling their rims out and removing all of that flywheel-effect "energy".

Is the Big Fat Larry made for your rim or the new one?

I thought the white circles were ping-pong balls filled with depleted uranium for maximum flywheeling.

Q, I could put a BFL on my current bike but it would be more tall than wide because of my 65 MM wide rims so little benefit as I see it. People are putting them on non-moonlander bikes but the BFL is really meant for about a 100mm wide rim like the clown shoe which would then make the tire too wide for my pugsley.

I am sure Galileo Galilei enjoyed thoughtful ribbing from the catholic church as I enjoy yours about my "flywheel" effect theory. Although I am not 100% sure of accuracy of my premise, what I am sure of is that wheel weight is more complicated than simply lighter is always better. Interestingly in 2005 Ondrej Sosenka broke the world hour record on very heavy wheels he used on purpose to maintain momentum.
