I'm sure it's awesome in person, but in this picture, especially without enlarging it, that fat down-tube makes it look like a department store bike. Do you see what I mean?
I totally see what you mean and it bums me out. I don't like the color, graphics or odd way the fat aluminum tubes go with the skinny steel fork. Salsa always walks the asthetically not ok line with me. What the bike has though is a $1500 price tag and comes complete unlike my not as complete $2000 pugsley. It also has all the fatbike evolutionary improvements other companies are doing.

Ya, $1500 is a good price, can't deny that.
Better standover clearance as well.
